Welcome to Falimo (A Unit of Dabur Textiles). By accessing our website, purchasing our catalog products, or placing wholesale/bulk orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all buyers, wholesale retailers, distributors, and visitors of the site. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not place orders or engage in business with us.

Falimo is primarily a children's wear wholesale manufacturer.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Since we cater to wholesale markets, specific MOQs apply to each category. Contact our sales representatives for details on current MOQs.
• Pricing: Wholesale prices are shared via our direct catalogs. All price quotes are subject to change depending on fabric costs and production capacity.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are processed and confirmed only after initial deposit clearance and design finalization.

We require payment terms to be mutually agreed upon prior to production initiation:

• For custom or bulk wholesale manufacturing orders, a standard advance deposit is required, with the balance payable prior to dispatch from our Tirupur facility.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and other verified commercial payment channels.
• Goods will not be released for shipping until full payment is cleared and verified.

All shipments are dispatched from our manufacturing hub: Falimo (A Unit of Dabur Textiles), Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Shipping costs, transit insurance, and local logistics costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Dispatch timelines are estimates and subject to production capacities, raw material availability, and transport carrier efficiency.

Every garment undergoes rigorous quality checks. However, in the wholesale trade:

Buyers must inspect shipments within 7 days of delivery. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects, short shipments, or incorrect items must be reported immediately with supporting photos and descriptions to officialaravindhanv@gmail.com.

Approved defective units will be replaced or credited in the next billing cycle. No returns are accepted for items that have been altered, washed, or printed on post-delivery.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions with Falimo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India.
